The following conditions apply for a full refund or exchange:

-You can cancel orders within one day after we have received it with no penalty.

-Products must be in brand new condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

-Any products that are returned used, altered or without the original packaging will either be returned to the purchaser at his/her expense, or the value of missing items and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

-Products purchased by mail order, phone or internet may be returned or exchanged, in new condition, within 30 days of ship date.

-Products purchased in our Retail Store may be returned or exchanged, in brand new condition, within 30 days.

-All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.

-Customer will be charged for all shipping expenses incurred on an exchange or return.

-It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked.

-All sales on discounted products are final. No exceptions.
